Cello Health plc Board
Following an MBA at Harvard, Mark has been a member of numerous public company Boards. Previous executive roles include; Operations Director at WPP Group plc, Executive VP at Lighthouse Global Network LLC and Senior Executive at Lake Capital Management LLC.
Group Finance Director
Mark joined Cello in 2005. He previously worked for Citigate Dewe Rogerson, joining as Financial Controller in 2000 and over the next 5 years worked in various financial roles within Incepta Group plc, including as Finance Director of Citigate. Mark qualified as a chartered accountant in 1996.
Group Chief Operating Officer
Prior to founding Cello Health Consulting in 1994, Stephen was extensively involved in the Healthcare industry including working for Baxter Healthcare. In addition to his plc role, Stephen is also Chairman of Cello Health.
Allan spent 45 years in the advertising business and founded The Media Business in 1975. He sold the company to Grey Advertising New York (later known as MediaCom) in 1998. Allan is a member of the Audit Committee.
After graduating from Cambridge University, Chris spent 24 years in the advertising industry, ultimately becoming the Global Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of J Walter Thompson Co based in New York, part of WPP Group plc. Since moving back to England in 2002, Chris has held senior positions at companies in the healthcare, financial services, not-for-profit and technology industries.
Clifford was until recently a senior partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, with responsibility for the firm’s global cross border IPO practice and for a number of years led the firm’s UK and European activities in the pharmaceutical sector, advising on many of the large deals in the industry. Clifford chairs the Audit Committee and is the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.
Jo brings 25 years’ healthcare management experience gained in Europe, the US and Asia. Much of her career has been in pharmaceuticals at GlaxoSmithKline where she headed the US vaccines business and Asia Pacific Pharmaceuticals business. She also has hospital management experience and is a Non-Executive Director at Circassia PLC.
